Thank you for shopping with Banala. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are fulfilled, estimated delivery times, shipping fees, customs duties, and what to do if you need help with your shipment.

 

 

Delivery Regions

Banala ships to customers worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from our shipping partners in the United States and Thailand, depending on your location and available inventory.

 

Some remote areas may require longer delivery times or may have limited shipping options. Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

 

 

Delivery Times

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

 

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Thailand: 2–5 business days
  • International orders: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs process

 

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

 

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order details, and available shipping options.

 

Banala currently offers free shipping within the United States. International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

 

 

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@banala.co. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may depend on your country’s rules.

 

When possible, we do our best to make delivery smooth and minimize extra fees, but some regions may still require local duties or taxes. These charges are set by local customs authorities and may be the customer’s responsibility.

 

We are not able to mark packages as “gifts” or declare a lower value than the actual order value.

 

 

Failed Deliveries, Incorrect Addresses & Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery, please contact us at support@banala.co.

 

Depending on the situation, we may be able to help arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

If a refund is issued for a returned package, original shipping fees and any carrier-related costs may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

 

 

Late, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, tracking has not updated, or you believe your shipment may be lost, please email us at support@banala.co with your order number and tracking information.

 

Our team will help check the shipment status with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will help arrange the best next step, including a replacement shipment when appropriate.

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the package and item so our team can assist you.
