Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be in good condition and include the original packaging and accessories.

Email us at support@banala.co with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next step.

Yes. All Banala devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

If your Banala device arrives damaged, defective, or has an issue covered by warranty, we’ll help arrange a replacement at no cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days to appear.

Order & Shipping Support

Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. If the tracking has not updated, the package is delayed, or you need help checking the shipment status, email us at support@banala.co with your order number.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll help arrange the best next step, including a replacement shipment when appropriate.

Product Support & Troubleshooting

Please charge the device for at least 30 minutes using a USB-C cable and power source. If it still does not respond, try another cable or charger. If the issue continues, contact us and our team will help.

Some Banala sounds are intentionally subtle. Please check that the device is charged, turned on, and set to the correct mode. You can increase the volume to test the sound, then lower it again to your preferred level. Barely audible is enough for Banala to be effective.
