Yes. Banala is designed for everyday use — at night, during work, while relaxing, or while traveling. Set the volume to your preference. It does not need to be loud; barely audible is enough for Banala to be effective.
No. Banala works on its own. Just place it nearby and set the sound to your preferred level.
No app or subscription is required to use any Banala device. Bluetooth-enabled models can connect to phones or other audio sources, while the Banala Dot Series works independently without app setup. Future Banala app features are also in development.
Orders are fulfilled from our shipping partners in the USA and Thailand, depending on your location and available inventory.
Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. International orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs process.
Yes. We offer free shipping within the US. International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may depend on your country’s rules. When possible, we do our best to make delivery smooth and minimize extra fees, but some regions may still require local duties or taxes.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be in good condition and include the original packaging and accessories. If your device arrives defective or has an issue covered by warranty, we’ll help arrange a replacement at no cost.
Yes. All Banala devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
