Shipping Policy

Delivery Regions

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Orders are typically fulfilled from one of our global warehouses in the USA or Thailand, depending on your location.

 

Delivery Times

  • USA & Thailand: 3–5 business days
  • International Orders: 3–5 business days (via express couriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS)
  • Rural or remote areas: Delivery may take slightly longer

 

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Automatically calculated at checkout based on location
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150 (USD equivalent)

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country. We are not able to mark packages as “gifts.”

 

Failed Deliveries or Returns

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) or reship the item upon request (with additional shipping charges).
